Office Reception / Scheduler / Data Entry
Full Time
Pyralis Fire Systems Ltd. is growing, and we are currently looking for an Office Administrator position.
The main scope of work is as follows:
• Work order and invoice management. This includes creating work orders, managing work orders through their lifecycle, and invoicing from work orders.
• Filing and general office duties.
• Assist with technicians’ scheduling and workflow.
• Answer office communications and assist clients through telephone and email.
• Typing and data entry of reports.
• Scheduling of jobs.
• Learn custom software for inspection reporting system.

Minimum requirements:
• Self-starter and team player.
• Organizational skills are a high priority, as are typing and a strong work ethic.
• Able to communicate with employees and customers comfortably in person, on the telephone, and via email.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office in conjunction with Google Gmail.
• Experience with Quickbooks a definite asset.
• Adobe Acrobat knowledge. Able to work with .pdf documents.
• Able to learn industry specific software.

Wage is commensurate with experience. Pyralis Fire Systems will train ideal candidates in the fire protection industry. Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
