Celebrating Prehos’s U.S. Expansion & Acadian Health Partnership

We are thrilled to announce a major milestone: Prehos’s expansion into the United States! This summer, we officially established Prehos USA Inc, and now Acadian Health has become our first U.S. partner and anchor customer. Acadian Health will be implementing the Prehos platform across all of its services, unifying call intake, scheduling, dispatching, and medical record management into one seamless workflow while offering flexible configurations to meet specific needs.

By leveraging Prehos’s integrated data capabilities and real-time insights, Acadian Health can monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement. In fact, they are poised to transform their patient experience by embracing these smarter tools and insights, creating even greater value for the communities they serve.

This partnership represents a strategic leap for Prehos as we bring our proven digital solutions for Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Mobile Integrated Health (community paramedicine), and home-based care to the U.S. Our platform has been developed hand-in-hand with forward-thinking partners, turning shared experiences into meaningful innovation. With Acadian Health as our U.S. anchor customer, we’re excited to demonstrate how Prehos empowers healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes, strengthen care coordination, and operate more efficiently.
