The floor is baked and in unreal.
I am pretty happy with the result and the fact that the repetition of the tile block is not very apparent when I duplicate and rotate it.

Started the sculpt of the floor first tile. This one is an 8x8 meter.
I will also do a 4x4, 4x2 and 2x2 as part of the first kit. This will be modular meshes and not just textures.
