The Kavalan 15 Year Old marks the first-ever age statement release from Kavalan Distillery - a defining chapter in the distillery's story and a testament to 15 years of patience and precision.

Expertly matured in four cask types - Ex-Bourbon, Olerose Sherry, Ruby Port, and Puncheon - this expression delivers remarkable depth, elegance, and complexity shaped by Taiwan's unique climate.

Nose: Captivating aromas of caramel apple mousse, fresh chocolate, walnut cinnamon rolls, and creamy popcorn intertwine with subtle hints of dried tangerine peel and plum. A gentle wave of toffee sweetness and black date fruit evokes a warm, indulgent finish.

Palate: Lush citrus notes of bergamot, lemon, orange, and grapefruit dance alongside dried cranberries, raisins, and longan, unfolding into velvety layers of dark chocolate gelato and caramel walnut coffee mousse. The finish lingers beautifully with the comforting warmth of woody cinnamon spice.
