Laser Sharp

Shear sharpening is a unique skill. Hairdressing shears tend to have convex edges and finicky pivots requiring special equipment and extreme precision to properly disassemble and sharpen. Unfortunately this makes room for sharpening services to gouge their customers with unreasonable prices.. I’ve been sharpening for a few hairdressers, dog groomers, etc, and I hear a lot of stories..

Laser Sharp Pricing:
• Barber shears - $20-$25
(PER PAIR, not per blade…)
• Texture shears (texturizers) - $15
(No hidden fees, no nonsense…)
• Clippers - I don’t have a ton of experience sharpening clipper blades, but I bought a few to practice on and will update my pricing when I’m confident nobody can do it better.
