Cullen’s Cove wild rice is harvested from a remote lake in northern Manitoba that can only be reached by float plane. Thomas has been making that trip himself for 34 years, bringing back rice gathered from the water using an airboat and front-mounted scoop.

No pesticides. No chemicals. Just wild rice growing where it always has.

The flavour is earthy and nutty, with enough character to stand beside fresh walleye, grilled meat, roasted vegetables, or a hearty grain bowl.

Give it the time it needs to cook, finish it with butter, salt, and pepper, and let the rice do the rest.
