We are hard at work at our latest parkade project in Kelowna, BC, getting the main underground service lines locked into place.

Before the concrete gets poured or the walls go up, our team is executing the precision underground phases, installing these heavy-duty utility conduits and vertical risers. Safely buried to protect them from the elements and heavy future traffic, these lines will serve as the primary service entry into the facility. Right next door, you can see the rebar and formwork prepped and ready for the concrete footings!

Getting the electrical, and underground mechanical phases right takes serious precision, and it sets the stage for everything that comes after.

Strong progress continues at the Barrhead Maintenance Shop as our mechanical and electrical crews hit another round of key milestones on site.

⚡ Electrical Progress: Panels, meter sockets, and distribution equipment are installed and taking shape.
🟡 Rooftop Mechanical: Gas piping and rooftop venting systems have been routed and secured with precision.
🚪 Interior Rough-Ins: Power, conduit, and safety lighting progressing throughout the facility, including main bay doors and exit areas.
🏗️ High-Bay Infrastructure: Mechanical and electrical systems are being integrated throughout the high-bay ceiling spaces, keeping the project moving efficiently toward the next phase.
