Sunrise. Reflection. Renewal.

It’s been a few months since I’ve shared here. Business has been full, and I stepped away from this space for a while.

I spent the past 11 days in Cancun for dental work, connected to a time in my life 20 years ago when illness affected my health in lasting ways. What I didn’t expect was how much I would reconnect with myself during this time.

There is something powerful about slowing down. It creates space to reflect, to see more clearly, and to return with renewed energy and purpose.

I’m feeling grounded, energized, and ready to continue my work—and finish writing my book.
