What an incredible honor it was to work with the Western Canada Hockey Scouts Foundation on the Celebrating Indigenous Hockey Legends event. 🏒
This foundation is so generous in both the way they recognize people and in how they support charities that make a difference. At the banquet, I was presented with this absolutely beautiful commemorative belt buckle, such a thoughtful gesture that I will always treasure and can’t wait to wear!
I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful celebration, honoring Indigenous athletes and their legacies on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Thank you again to the WCPHS Foundation for the recognition, your generosity.
