Triple R Concrete Cutting

Final push before the new basement floor goes in!
We’ve been hard at work transforming this space—demo’d all the drywall and framing, removed 1,200 sq ft of heaved concrete, dug out 4” of clay and replaced it with radon rock. We upgraded the telepost pads and posts, installed a full radon mitigation system, dimple board, interior weeping tile with a sump pit, and brand new under-slab plumbing.

To top it off: we braced all the walls, laid 6 mil poly, 10m rebar, and in-floor heat tubing, and cut in three large egress windows. Huge job—but it’s going to add serious value to this Hillsdale home.
