Here are 3 incredible ways movement shifts our mindset into the positive:

➡️ Movement: the catalyst for the release of our three super neuros chemicals- Dopamine, Seratonin, and Endorphins. As we move, our brain tells us that things are ✨good✨

➡️ Daily movement reduces cortisol (our stress hormone) in the body. This leads to less daily anxiety, more emotional balance, and better sleep/energy.

➡️ Emotional Resilience, or our ability to withstand periods of high stress or distress- significantly improves when we are regularly active. Mental clarity, self-awareness, and emotional stability. That’s the good stuff.
