Cooking for a Cause..at home

With only a few days left of 2023 and 3 months since the Cooking for a Cause dinner event, I just wanted to wish all of you a very Happy New Year!

This event was definitely a personal highlight for myself and I'm so grateful to every single person who had a hand in making it possible.

I want to give a special Thank you to the awesome student volunteers and their teacher Kelley Christopherson from Balfour Collegiate who helped at the dinner event! These four incredible students helped set up the tables, run food, clear plates and helped with dishes. Another important part of helping make the dinner such a successful evening.
Thank you so much, you guys did a fantastic job!

The second course was created by Chef Fabian Boersch from Bar Willow Eatery!!

Quill Creek Bison meatball,
baked lentil marinara,
hazelnut gremolata, charred fennel, Grated manchego

I can still smell this super
delicious cozy dish!

I am feeling very thankful and grateful for this wonderful community who has supported Cooking for a Cause either from the very beginning or just recently.

It is my greatest passion to help support local and also give back to our community.
