Another successful Indigenous Skills Program 7 is in the books with Wicehtowak Frontec Services/ATCO!

While this was a smaller cohort, it was certainly a mighty one. Watching each participant grow in confidence, develop new skills, and prepare for their next chapter has been incredibly rewarding. Even more exciting, every graduate will be returning to work within the next two weeks—a testament to their hard work, commitment, and determination.

Congratulations to all of our graduates. Your dedication throughout the program has set you up for success, and I can’t wait to see where your careers take you.

A special thank you to VP Terry Bird for taking the time to attend today’s graduation and for sharing such encouraging and inspiring words with our graduates. Your support and investment in Indigenous workforce development is truly appreciated.

Programs like these continue to demonstrate the power of partnership, opportunity, and investing in people. Here’s to creating more pathways to meaningful employment and building stronger communities together.
