Marathon Matters

Congrats to our Regina runners who took on the Conquer the Lake half-marathon in Lake Country, BC on June 7. Katherine Lynas and Shawn Seguin both achieved PRs, and Shawn earned an age group podium! Here are the results - please comment for any misses or errors:

Congratulations runners!

Congratulations to Kathy and Dennis Dreher on their finishes at the Blackfoot ultra near Edmonton on Saturday. The Blackfoot is a trail race colloquially known as Death by a 100 hills. Both Drehers ran the 50 km event - Kathy finished in 6:26, and Dennis finished in 6:50. No age groups - but how’s this for a couple of 60 year olds - Kathy was 12th W and Dennis was 37th M! Congratulations!
