As the year winds down and the flock settles for a moment, I’m reminded of something nature teaches us every single season: No one flies alone for long, and no one flies well without alignment.
This past year has been filled with incredible conversations, courageous leaders, curious questions, and teams willing to look inward to understand why they do what they do. When instincts are trusted, resistance drops. When people are aligned, momentum follows. And when a flock flies together, the lift is undeniable.
Whether this season finds you reflecting quietly, celebrating loudly, or simply catching your breath, you’ve earned it. Take the time to rest, reconnect with family, and appreciate the people who help you stay in formation when the headwinds show up.
As we look ahead to 2026, my intention for you is simple:
Less friction, more lift, a great flock and nothing but clear skies and the courage to lead in your own natural way
