This is the story, last month I was looking for someone on the marketplace who was making 3D printed figures. I asked him if he could make me a Japanese tori gate, and he immediately said that he could make it for me, then I asked how much it would cost to make thirty pieces, he told me it would cost 50 dollars, I agreed because the price was already quite cheap, so we agreed, while we were talking about the details he thought of asking where I would use that many tori gates, when I said I would put them in a terrarium and showed him the pictures of what I had made, he suddenly asked how much my cheapest terrarium was, when I said 30 dollars he suddenly offered to exchange goods, he said I should just give him a small terrarium and the tori gates would only cost 20 dollars.. I was happy because I saved a lot so I told him I would give him a fairly large terrarium. and this afternoon I took the tori gate figures from him and do you know what happened? he was happy with the terrarium I made and he suddenly said "don't pay 20, your work is beautiful"..
I couldn't believe it and I stuttered while thanking him..

Next month the Regina anime fest will be held, I will be selling terrariums so see you there....

June 14th is coming up fast, Regina Anime-Fest is just one month away!

On Sunday June 14, 2026, we’ll be at the Atlas Hotel in Regina, Saskatchewan from 10am–5pm for a full day of local anime community fun.

You’ll be able to check out vendors and artists bringing anime merch, artwork, crafts, collectibles, and unique finds. Meet our special guest Peter Kelamis, voice of Goku in Dragon Ball Z, Rolf in Ed Edd n Eddy and more roles. Take part in our 4pm cosplay contest, and other panels through the day!

Our cosplay contest is open for everyone to sign up for free at the event. We'll be doing signups all day, but make sure to sign up before 3pm. All characters are welcome, not just anime, and we'll have multiple categories from craftsmanship to performance, plus a youth category for kids.

Admission is $20, kids under 11 are free one per paid adult, and there is free parking at the Atlas Hotel. Get tickets online now, or at the door on June 14th.
