Hi everyone. Some of you have seen an ad posted for a pontoon boat from my business account. The ad is fake and in no way associated to my business, nor was it posted by me. 2019 is completed and here is what’s been happening in comparison to other years. Have a listen to discover. Single family homes are down 1.9% compared to 2018. Condo pricing is only down 2.2% from 2018. It’s taking on average 63 days to sell a home/condo in Regina. Lastly, there is 5.8 months of inventory currently on the market.
