Just a quick reminder that Bootcamp is on tomorrow night! 7:30-8:30pm. Our first night was Monday and it was a blast so make sure to make it out tomorrow night :) it'll be a beautiful night to get a good sweat on.

I hope you're enjoying the last little bit of your weekend! This is just a quick note to give you a heads up about a few things.

-you may want to wear workout gear (anything that you can move comfortably in) that you don't mind getting dusty as there are a few exercises that involve sitting/laying on the playground rocks

-you also may want to wear a pair of gloves (gardening etc.) for added comfort if you find it uncomfortable to place your hands on rocks or holding onto the chains that the swings hang from

All of these notes are just optional- you are not required to wear gloves etc. in order to participate in this workout!
