There is a difference between standing against oppression and endorsing war.
The Iranian regime has oppressed its own people. That is true.
It is also true that powerful nations do not get to reshape the world by force whenever they decide it serves their interests.
Canada should be a voice for de-escalation, diplomacy, and international law. Not cheerleading for regime change. Not normalizing unilateral strikes.
I stand with the people of Iran in their pursuit of freedom and democratic rights. Women, life, freedom.

Other candidates talk about taxing the ultra-rich. I agree, but we can go further.
