Meet Leslie, our Executive Director at the Sharing Farm! 🌱

Leslie brings a wealth of experience spanning education, activism, and the non-profit sector. Growing up in the Deep South led her to write an award-winning novel exploring the history and aftermath of lynching. For decades she has been growing food, keeping bees, and advocating for pollinator conservation. Her passion is reflected in her work as former Apiary Manager at Hives for Humanity and as a founding board member of the BC Native Bee Society.

Leslie is deeply committed to food security, habitat protection, and building healthier communities for both people and the natural world.
