The Magic Milk experiment was absolutely mesmerizing and full of colour! 🪄

We started with a tray of milk and added drops of food colouring using an eye dropper. Then came the exciting part—dipping a Q-tip in dish soap and touching the milk. Instantly, the colours burst into motion, swirling and dancing in beautiful patterns!

So what’s happening?
Milk contains water, vitamins, minerals, and fat. When the dish soap touches the milk, it breaks up the fat and reduces the surface tension. As the soap molecules rush to attach to the fat, they create movement—pushing the colours around and creating a magical swirling effect. 🌈

To us, it looks like pure magic… but it’s actually science in action! 🔬
