Hydro vault form produces a 5-sided rectangular tub-shaped precast concrete box

Infra-Tech Steel Works specializes in providing steel forms for hydro vaults. Among our designs is a five-sided rectangular tub-shaped form featuring counter-weighted hinge-back doors, specifically engineered to facilitate single-operator use without the need for additional equipment.

Our jackets are designed with versatility in mind, accommodating a range of removable extensions and various shapes. The inner core rectangular form has a mechanical collapsing feature, where four precision-machined vertical core walls smoothly move inwards and outwards through the use of a rotational cam crank.

Both the jacket and core walls can be customized with an array of wall shapes and profile recesses. Our casting pallets are available in metal and non-metallic joint profiles.

To ensure a watertight seal, all casting pallets are equipped with an inside and outside chamfer-profiled ethylene-propylene diene monomer (EPDM) gasket. EPDM gasket material is renowned for its resilience against extreme temperatures and resistance to a variety of industrial chemicals, making it an ideal choice for outdoor applications.
