Hot smoked salmon set atop a cucumber & cold smoked salmon salad with a passion fruit-dill dressing.
Created for my favorite client to highlight 's Illuminate Sauvignon Blanc.
A dish that is fresh, crisp, and just the right amount of smokiness. The addition of passion fruit brings both a tart acidity and tropical sweetness, making it an ideal summer pairing for this white wine.

The compostable bamboo cutlery on a buffet feels so much more elevated when given a little extra attention. Hand tied with ribbon and fresh herbs makes it more refined and memorable.
