Industrial piping systems operate in some of the harshest outdoor environments. Proper insulation is critical not only for thermal efficiency but also for protecting infrastructure, maintaining process stability, and improving personnel safety.
We fabricate and install new exterior piping insulation systems designed to withstand weather exposure while maintaining consistent operating temperatures across process lines. The work includes precise insulation installation, protective jacketing, and sealing practices that prevent moisture intrusion and long-term degradation.

Our modular construction services bring plant assemblies to life in a controlled environment; reducing on-site labour exposure and schedule congestion. We’ve delivered complete pipe racks, pump skids, and electrical modules that install with minimal field tie-ins. Modular ex*****on shortens shutdown windows; improves safety; and improves quality through better access and working conditions.

Our fabrication division delivers with speed, precision, and full QA traceability. Every pressure vessel, skid, and spool is built inside our 30,000 sq ft facility using certified welding procedures, automated cutting tools, and real-time production tracking. For a recent pressure vessel project, in-house fabrication saved over 22% in cost and cut delivery by 3 weeks compared to external sourcing. When schedule certainty matters, we build for performance.
