Remember we are the calm not the storm. But sometimes we also don’t always know what that looks like and thats OKAY. What isn’t okay is to not ask. Do not allow fear to hold you back, ask those questions, be curious and learn.

I have recently received many questions in regards to whether I am considered essential or not. I am considered an essential business. Counselling services will be offered both in-person and online via Zoom. All safety precautions continued to be practiced.
