MADD Saskatoon

Members of the Dundurn Fire Department were privileged to join the loved ones of Laura & Jamie Hannah alongside the Mayor of Dundurn Matt Jurkiewicz and Saskatchewan RCMP member S/Sgt Jason Sauve to honour the tragic passing of these two wonderful women.

Reanne Hannah, daughter of Laura and sister of Jamie, bravely delivered a speech on the qualities of her mother and sister, as well as a heart wrenching account of just how she came to find out that her mother and sister had lost their lives.

Hosted by Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), we were there to stand alongside the brave family of Laura and Jamie that are left behind to honour them with new roadside signs in their memory.

MADD is an instrumental organization that not only helps honour loved ones and victims of impaired drivers but also are important advocates for legislative and social change.

Please make the right choice and do not drive impaired. You may never know the consequences until it’s too late.
