Summer Movement Offerings!

I sincerely enjoyed teaching all of my Stretch and Zumba classes this Spring, thank you to each and every one of my students for your participation!

I am excited to be offering a 6-week Indoor Summer Zumba and Stretch classes out of the lovely Saskatoon Salsa Space on 33rd Street East.

Offering Details

Zumba Tuesdays 7-8pm July 14th -August 18th
(Note: Class on July 14th only will be 7:30-8:30)

Stretch Fusion Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm July 16th-August 20th

$90 per session or early bird special $80 per session if you register by end of day June 18th

I truly appreciated your dedication , hard work and playful attitudes! I also had a lovely Monday Stretch class crew I did not capture a picture of. Back to outdoor class planning which I absolutely love

In need of some gentle movement and stretching ? Drop-in to Stretch Fusion class this Thursday 12-1 or any week until the end of June!

It’s a lovely , slow moving class starting with some gentle , flowing qigong and yoga inspired movement with the final half hour or so being longer held stretches on the mat .

Release tension and relax the body. Do something nice for yourself. 😊
