But sometimes you just need to dance it out to get your energy up, to clear your mind so you can open yourself up and accept what the universe is offering.

What are some of your favourite affirmations?

I created a free breakfast club for coaches, consultants, and entrepreneurs where we focus on setting our mornings up with success, positivity, and health by taking 30 mins each morning to write down our goals and affirmations and then fueling our bodies the way that any 7 figure boss babe should be.
