I usually recommend orthotics for individuals who stand a lot for work, persisting plantar fasciitis, people with high or flat arches that have an associated back/hip/knee/foot issue, long distance runners with possible deficits in optimal recovery times or individuals who suffer from chronic pains that have not found relief with other evidence based therapies.

In conjunction to the orthotics you will get exercises and stretches to help with the management of your condition.
