Instead, plan ahead for a safe ride home:
✔ Designated driver
✔ Cab or rideshare
✔ Public transit
✔ Walking (where safe to do so)

Let’s make sure everyone gets home safely this holiday season. Together, we can help ensure a joyful and safe Christmas for all.

Winter has officially arrived, and so have the slick roads, sudden drifts, and reduced visibility. Our team is already seeing the impact — so here are a few reminders to help keep you safe out there:

🔹 Slow down — posted limits are for ideal conditions.
🔹 Increase your following distance — give yourself extra time to stop.
🔹 Clear all windows and lights before hitting the road.
🔹 Avoid sudden braking or sharp turns to prevent skids.
🔹 Keep an emergency kit in your vehicle — blanket, booster cables, snacks, and a phone charger.
🔹 Move over and slow to 60 km/h when passing any roadside workers with lights activated.

Our operators are out in all conditions to help when you need us — please help keep them safe.

As we finish up the second week of back-to-school, it’s a great time to remind everyone to stay alert on the roads. 🚌👧👦 Children are still getting used to their new routines, which means they may be distracted or unpredictable as they walk, bike, or ride to and from school.

Please remember to:
✅ Slow down in school zones
✅ Watch for crossing guards and school buses
✅ Be extra cautious around playgrounds and residential areas
