Energy Update-April 21st

-Intense-Exhausting-Strenuous-

A lot of souls have exited - especially males.
Intense isnt a strong enough word to describe the energy for these last 2 weeks.
Gallbladder issues.
Inflammation symptoms (although nerve issues have subsided, thankfully).
Waking up around 1 AM or 4 AM.
Teeth pressure.
TMJ (jaw) problems - tension, grinding or clenching.
Headaches (forehead or top of head).
Inability to find music that is soothing.
Setting boundaries.
Relationship struggles & changes - masculine people are going through it !!
Communication issues.
Hip/low back, leg & feet issues (these have been tricky to treat ! Some are referred pain, some are energetic & emotionally related).
Old injuries creeping up (especially shoulders).
Awareness of patterns/habits.
Sadness. Overwhelming sadness.
Anxiety !
Digestive issues or no interest in food.
“Dreams”
Sensitivity (to sound, skin issues).
Shifting in life - levelling up.
Dramatic increase in our ability to handle situations.
Feeling stressed out. Like extremely.
Family drama.
Purging of ancestral trauma.
Tired. Of everything.
Masculine people are having their issues spotlighted - patterns, unhealthy habits, sabotage, nervous system dysregulation, emotional struggles.

It sounds all negative. But with chaos comes change. These shifts are often calibration. Rest (truly rest) and hydration. Breathe and reach out for therapies which help bring you back to feeling like yourself again. 🩵
