Tigers can be ferocious, and are often associated with their predatory instincts. They can also be calm, levelled, and inquisitive. In their natural habitats, Tigers are apex predators. They can move with the confidence of being relatively safe from other beings, however their instinct is still to protect themselves. As humans it’s hard to feel safe all the time, and maybe sometimes we struggle to feel safe at all. What most of us have in common, though, is we have learned to put on a mask instead of sitting in our authenticity of being vulnerable. I hope this piece can make a home with someone to remind them of the balance the tiger can find between instinctual protection and finding calm. Sitting with our authenticity allows us to find confidence in who we are.

When do you stop adding to your tree? ⁠

This is the first year since I've owed a Christmas tree that I haven't had it decorated by November 12. I'm trying to be okay with it but inside I am absolutely NOT OKAY with it. ⁠

I usually add to our tree all year long and absolutely keep buying as long as Christmas things are on the shelves for excellent surprises when I open my Christmas storage box next year. ⁠
