Are you an experienced leader who enjoys working outdoors year-round? We're looking for a motivated and reliable Landscaping Supervisor to lead our landscape, lawn care, and winter maintenance crews.

What You'll Do:
✔ Lead and work alongside landscaping and lawn care crews
✔ Supervise winter maintenance operations during snow season
✔ Coordinate daily schedules and job assignments
✔ Train and mentor team members
✔ Ensure quality workmanship and safe work practices
✔ Operate landscaping and snow removal equipment
✔ Communicate with clients and management

What We're Looking For:
🔹 Landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor maintenance experience
🔹 Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience
🔹 Strong communication and organizational skills
🔹 Valid Class 5 driver's license
🔹 Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
🔹 Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
