A-R Perogies

We use fresh dry cottage cheese in our filling, and that is one of the things that makes our cottage cheese perogies so special.

The photo shows the cottage cheese in its raw, original form before it is mixed or prepared. As you can see, it is drier and not overly wet. That is exactly why it works so well for handmade perogies. We mix it with egg to help bind it together, so the filling stays nice and creamy without falling out while we hand pinch each perogy.

We are also proud that all of our ingredients are sourced locally.
