Hand Honed - Custom knife sharpening

I had the chance to fix up my cousins knife set. Some tips were snapped off and one was bent. So the tips were re profiled and the bend was gently removed. The steak knives were given a more robust edge that should hold up to heavy use, where the carving and prep knives are razor sharp. Everyone deserves to have sharp knives!

Everyone either has one of these knives or has used one. The cheap bin rapala fillet knife. You can see this one has a roll over spot and knick that is shiny. There is nothing more frustrating than trying to fillet a fish with a dull knife and leaving meat go to the scrap bin
