Build Your Immune System.
1. Bring in the oxygen - many microbes especially viruses cannot life in an oxygen rich environment.
2. Finish your shower with cold water.
Alternating hot and cold water strengthens your immune system.
3. Get to bed early. Allow your body to recharge and complete the internal repair and cleansing cycle.
4. Take probiotics and enzymes.
5. Eat heavier meals early in the day. Finish the day with a light meal.
6. Drink More Water! About 2 litres per day - purified water is best.
7. Eat healthy and add more greens to your diet. I also have supplements to replace servings of vegetables and fruits.
