1. Chicken Gyro
Ingredients:
• 1 lb chicken breast
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp oregano
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Marinate chicken with oil, oregano, and lemon juice.
2. Cook or grill until fully done.
3. Slice into strips.
4. Serve in pita bread with veggies and sauce.
2. Lamb Gyro
Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground lamb
• 3 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 tsp cumin
• 2 tsp rosemary
Instructions:
1. Mix lamb with garlic and spices.
2. Cook in a pan until browned.
3. Shape or slice as needed.
4. Serve in pita bread.
3. Beef Gyro
Ingredients:
• 1 lb beef steak
• 2 tbsp yogurt
• 2 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Marinate beef with yogurt and spices.
2. Grill or pan-fry until cooked.
3. Slice thinly.
4. Add to pita with toppings.
4. Falafel Gyro
Ingredients:
• 1 cup chickpeas
• 1/4 cup parsley
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp coriander
Instructions:
1. Blend chickpeas with herbs and spices.
2. Form small balls or patties.
3. Fry until crispy.
4. Serve in pita with salad.
5. Pork Gyro
Ingredients:
• 1 lb pork tenderloin
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 2 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
1. Marinate pork with vinegar and spices.
2. Grill or cook in pan.
3. Slice thinly.
4. Fill pita bread and serve.
6. Shrimp Gyro
Ingredients:
• 1/2 lb shrimp
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp garlic (minced)
• 1 tsp paprika
Instructions:
1. Marinate shrimp with oil, garlic, and paprika.
2. Cook in a pan until pink.
3. Assemble in pita with veggies.
