It’s been 2.5 years since I taught my last class….
I can’t convey how nervous I am to get back to it, but here it goes….

FIRE find energy through challenge and exhaustion. Experience explosive activity, challenging breath work and deep physical engagement. Realize our paths aren’t linear, they are powerful journeys we courageously live. Ashtanga Yoga based; inspired by our physical world.

I believe in the power of our inherent knowledge and collective conscious to thrive as healthy, strong people and communities. I choose Health and Healing,
“I am Medicine, watch me Heal” is the philosophy from which these classes are offered and upon which I’m leading my life. My hope is folks feel reminded of their power every time they live this philosophy.
Born and raised in Sault Ste Marie, I live in Oneida with my partner and our daughter, Malala. I’m looking forward to seeing familiar faces and getting to know new ones.
