Help us bring the First Annual Cultural Fantasy Ball to life!

This is our very first Cultural Fantasy Ball, and we're dreaming big while starting small. Our hope is to grow this event into an annual tradition that becomes bigger, more immersive, and more magical every year. By joining us this year, you'll be helping lay the foundation for something truly special in our community.

We're inviting performers, artists, and entertainers to volunteer their talents for an unforgettable evening celebrating culture, imagination, and community.

We're currently looking for Volunteers:

🎨 Support with poster making from real Artists

🎶 A DJ

💃 Cultural dancers

🎤 Singers and musicians

📖 Storytellers and spoken word artists

🎨 Live artists and interactive performers

🌍 Cultural demonstrations and presentations

🧚 Fantasy-inspired entertainers

If you have a talent that isn't listed, we'd still love to hear from you!

This event is a fundraiser for Sacred Hearth Community Wellness Inc. Every volunteer performance helps us move closer to achieving our nonprofit status and continuing to provide free healing services, community wellness programs, and accessible support for our community.

This is a space where we want to showcase the beauty of different cultures and bring people together through the shared love of fantasy and play.

By volunteering your time and talent, you're not just performing. You're helping build an event that we hope will become a cherished annual celebration while supporting a cause that makes healing more accessible for everyone.

The Goulais Access Link is open tonight! If you live north of the city and struggle to make it into town for the food bank, visit the Goulais Fire Hall tonight from 6:30-8:00pm to complete your intake, then your food package will be delivered tomorrow by Goulais Fire & Rescue volunteers.
