Spani Developments is thrilled to announce that John Elliott, the founder of Pender Harbour’s own .built, will be leading the Project Management for the Pender Harbour Ocean Discovery Station (PODS).

Given the architectural significance of David Nairne & Associates’ design of PODS, it was imperative for our Project Manager to have an extensive background in construction leadership at the highest of levels, and we couldn’t be more fortunate to have found such exceptional talent in John Elliott & Elliott Built.
