Andrew has been with H&H since the beginning and then some!

“Hi, my name is Andrew Brotherston.
I started working for Clark Hamilton 13 years ago. I then tore a tenden in my arm and was told by WCB that I needed to pick a new career. I decided to follow in my father's footsteps and become a Machine Operator. I remember sitting in my Dads lap as a child operating with him. I then had one of my friends ( Dylan Craib from ) tell me to apply at Direct Disposal. I did, and Chris Hamilton had just given his notice there. I was hired and trained by my future boss. I worked there for about a year and a half and then had Clark and Chris approach me asking me if I wanted to come work for them to run Excavator. There was a smoke trail behind me! They ended up buying a Hitachi 160 and I have been operating for them ever since. I am the OG. Operating for Clark Hamilton to Infinite to finally H&H Developments. I couldn't be happier. They have been the best bosses I have ever had. I don't feel like an employee, I feel like part of the family. I am the Draintile and rockwall master and love to keep learning. I have been operating now for the past 7 1/2 years. It's been so much fun! I couldn't ask to work with a better group of guys!”
