So grateful mama Liu came to visit us in BC.

Took her up her first mountain on Pender Hill! Mom has shown me so much of the world, and it's my turn to give back and show her some of our world. Very grateful she is open to new experiences.

Mom is a role model it's never too late to try or start something new. She did get yoga teachers training at the age of 45 years old and I've watched her only get younger over the years!

She taught me that age is what you make of it and the inner child heart never gets old.
