Product showcase of the week; Turbo Coldside Safety Blanket for S400 Framed Turbo

Protect yourself and other with these DeeWorks turbo coldside safety blanket. They will fit around the coldside of any S400 frame based turbo to contain flying parts in case of an impeller exploding due to over-reving or any other catastrophic failure. They will also fit other coldside housing that share close dimension. These are made in-house using Aramid (Kevlar) fabric and Aramid thread. They will be SFI certified as soon as the certification/specification for these is available. Several more size to come!

Customer job highlight of the month; Engine Balance Shaft Eliminator

I was contacted to make a set of custom balancer shaft eliminator kit for a new customer in the USA. He supplied me with his drawing and wanted 3 sets made. These are CNC machined out of 4340HT material which is such a fun material to machine and always yield great surface finish.

Product showcase of the week; Fuel Pump Fl**ge for Waterman Super Sprint Mechanical Fuel Pump.

The available fl**ge for the Waterman Super Sprint fuel pump are mostly Female O'Ring boss based which mean you need an additional fitting over the already expensive fuel pump fl**ge. I have designed a Male version of these fl**ge to eliminate the need of an ORB fitting.

CNC machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum, black andized and laser etched, they are available in -10 -12 and -16 size (-16AN will be available early in May) and I also made the Female ORB version in -10 and -12 for those that want to keep their existing fuel system. It's also worth noting that these are much cheaper than the other alternative out there. Comes with bolt and o'ring.

DeeWorks.com is mine!

After 14 years I've finally been able to acquire the DeeWorks.com domain name! It's a bit late to change all my link and merch/logo so it will just redirect to my DeeWorks.ca domain for the time being.

At least the google seach for Deeworks won't bring up as many facepaint and link to "the working lady" as it used to do. Good luck to Miss Spencer Bush for all her future venture, prior owner of the domain name.
