Happy International Women’s Day!
Today we honour and celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women around the world. We also take a moment to recognize the strength, resilience, and courage it takes to navigate the many roles, expectations, challenges, and barriers that women continue to face.
This year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” reminds us that empowerment grows when we support each other. By creating spaces where we uplift, share knowledge, are compassionate, value, and respect each other’s stories, voices, and experiences, we not only give, but we gain.💗

CNOY is happening on February 28th, 2026, and Citrine Counselling is proud to be a Route Sponsor.
We’re honoured to support this incredible cause and to walk in solidarity with our community for those who are hurting, experiencing homelessness, or facing hunger right here at home.
We strongly believe in unity and in supporting those in need. CNOY is more than just a walk, it’s a meaningful and uplifting event that raises critical funds while bringing our community together for good.

🔔 Heads up! 🔔
There is a scheduled test of the Alert Ready system TOMORROW (Wednesday, November 19, 2025) at 12:55 PM.
A test alert will be sent out to most smartphones, TV and radio stations across the province at that time.
IMPORTANT: The usual emergency alert tone will accompany the test alert. If you don’t want to be disrupted, be sure to turn off your phone before 12:55 PM. Keep in mind that the tone may sound once your phone is turned back on.
Our system is operated independently from Alert Ready so you won’t receive a test alert from our app or text message service.
