Hey, Norfolk!👋 Celebrate Parks and Recreation Month this June with free outdoor fun for families.

Join Norfolk County in a park near you for games and activities geared to children aged 4 to 10, but all ages are welcome.

Hey, Norfolk!👋 Norfolk County is undertaking a Development Charge Background Study. Development charges are fees collected from new development to help fund infrastructure required to support growth, including roads, water services and community facilities.

The County is hosting a 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 for the development community and interested residents:

➡️ 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
📍 Committee Room A in the County Administration Building (50 Colborne Street S., Simcoe)

This session will include:
• An overview of development charges
• A summary of recent legislative changes
• Information on the current Development Charge By-law 2019-100
• An opportunity to ask questions

The study is in its early stages, so this first session will focus on housekeeping updates to the existing by-law.
