Little delayed on our annual birthday dinner. I am so proud of the young lady you are becoming and can’t believe you are 14 already! Watching you grow has been amazing and I am so proud to be your uncle. I am so grateful that you still look forward to this day every year as much as I do ! Quality time with you is irreplaceable and means the world to me.

An existing garage conversion.
Had to install a ridge beam and vault the ceilings which made this one look way bigger!

This one also required some foundation repair and waterproofing which we were able to fix easily!

Over a year ago we made the decision. Lots of planning, months sourcing equipment, stress and work. Worth every second.
20,000 sq ft, completed in 4 months of construction.

Can’t believe this guy is 13 today. Time has flown by and I couldn’t be more proud of you! Keep working hard and achieving your goals!
