TCG was proud to be part of this year's garden planting initiative and want to extend our thanks to Infinity Métis Corporation for organizing such a meaningful event. It was inspiring to be part of a project that not only supports food sovereignty and community wellness but also helps strengthen connections to the land and traditional ways of living.

We’re looking forward to attending the Canadian Mining Expo in Timmins June 10 – 11. TCG’s Caylie Bouchard will be taking part in the Projects in the Pipeline Conference and the Indigenous Forum, which offer valuable opportunities to better understand where Canada’s mining sector is heading and how strong partnerships help move projects forward.

The Projects in the Pipeline Conference includes State of Mining addresses from Ontario’s Minister of Energy and Mines, Stephen Lecce, and Ontario’s Minister of Northern Economic Development and Growth, George Pirie. The full-day Indigenous Forum also offers an important space for practical conversations around partnership, alignment, and bringing together voices from Indigenous communities, industry, government, and academia.

As mining continues to evolve, events like this provide an important opportunity to better understand what’s next, from project opportunities and policy direction to the partnerships that help make progress possible.
