☀️BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND: the beSTRONG x Chief Challenge! Tickets for this popular series go LIVE on Monday, May 18 at 9 am. This year, we are excited to offer 3 cohorts in North Vancouver, Squamish, and Port Moody!
Join us for a 10-week progressive hiking series designed to help you build strength, stamina, and confidence on the trails, while making new friends and connecting with nature. Whether you’re new to hiking or coming back after a break, this series is all about moving slowly, steadily, and having as much fun as possible. 🏔️
Together, we’ll build toward summiting The Chief — one of BC’s most iconic hikes — by the end of the program.* (Our Port Moody cohort will work up to Sawblade Falls in Pinecone Burke Provincial Park.)🥾
What to Expect:
Weekly Group Hikes: Every Tuesday in Port Moody, every Wednesday in North Vancouver and Squamish, with routes that gradually increase in difficulty and elevation
Community Vibes: Connect with an encouraging community of hikers through shared trail miles, conversation, and adventure
Feel-Good Fitness: Build physical and mental endurance in a way that feels empowering — not punishing
Accessible Coaching: Get a structured plan, expert advice on mobility, recovery, and injury prevention, and tons of encouragement along the way
