Wellness and longevity are at the heart of home design in 2026. We're seeing a bigger demand for accessible layouts and tech-free "recovery zones" like private libraries or listening rooms, where you can unplug and prioritize human connection. It’s about creating a sanctuary that supports your well-being as much as your lifestyle.

Our forward-thinking design approach will help you create a renovation plan that fits your current needs and how you’ll live a decade from now. Whether it’s a curbless spa-shower or wider walkways for multi-generational living, we specialize in invisible accessibility that feels like luxury, not a medical necessity.

Our goal is to create a home that flows intuitively, nutures wellness, and provides peace of mind for every chapter of life ahead.

Yes, it’s June, but when you’re planning your reno today, think about yourself in December!

In-floor heating is a simple upgrade that makes a big difference in winter comfort (and even in summer, when the A/C is on and the floors feel surprisingly cold under bare feet). It’s one of those little luxuries that makes everyday life at home feel better.

Whether you choose electric for a smaller bathroom or hydronic for a larger addition, it heats a room more evenly than forced air. And once you experience it, it’s hard to imagine going back.

Not sure what to choose? We're here to help you decide on the best solution for your home.

Why move when you can re-imagine your whole home and stay in the neighbourhood you love?

For the Village Road project, the homeowners didn’t need a new address; they needed a home that reflected who they are today, rather than who lived there in the 90s.

To update every room in the home, along with every interior and exterior finish, address hidden plumbing and electrical issues, and install custom-made windows sized to fit the home's massive openings, Team Menno worked closely with many specialized project partners to bring that vision to life.

The result? A home that feels current, sophisticated, and entirely "theirs."
