EcoAxis
The Intersection of Innovation, Access, and Sustainability

Want to learn how EcoAxis helps protect the environment?
Ground protection is one of the many ways we help industry work more sustainably in Newfoundland and Labrador and across Canada.
The images show a real example: heavy-duty equipment with regular tires was able to access a remote transmission line site across soft, sensitive ground using our temporary matting system. Once the work was complete and the mats were removed, the natural ground conditions remained largely unharmed, no permanent road, no deep rutting, and far less disturbance left behind.
That is the value of proper access planning.
Instead of building permanent roads, importing unnecessary aggregate, or creating remediation problems after the work is done, EcoAxis helps clients get in, complete the job, and leave a lighter footprint.
Many of our ground protection products are reusable, long-life systems designed to reduce transport requirements, protect sensitive terrain, and be recycled at end of life. Our Isotrack X mats are 100% recyclable, chemically inert, non-absorbent, easy to decontaminate, and engineered to distribute weight across soft ground while supporting heavy-duty access.
For us, sustainability means practical solutions that reduce disturbance, reduce remediation, reduce unnecessary material movement, and help industry operate responsibly in natural environments.
Protect the ground. Complete the work. Leave less behind.

A temporary pad with a view.
Check out our Isotrack X system on rent for a client project requiring a heavy-duty base for a contamination berm. The deployment includes a temporary work pad and ramps, providing ground protection, chemical resistance, and a stable surface for site operations.
Isotrack X is built for demanding access and work-area applications, with 4.0 m x 2.0 m panels, strong load-distribution performance, and a chemically inert surface that does not absorb liquids and allows for easy decontamination.
Doesn’t get much nicer than this.

Creating access where the ground won’t cooperate.
EcoAxis recently supplied Isotrack X mats for a transmission line project on the Northern Peninsula of Newfoundland, helping our client cross boggy ground and maintain safe, stable access along the right-of-way.
In remote and sensitive terrain, the right access solution keeps equipment moving, helps protect the ground, and reduces unnecessary disruption.
Built for Newfoundland and Labrador conditions.
